You will receive a response indicating whether your distribution request is accepted or declined, depending on the current volume of requests and delivery destinations.

• Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is free of defects and matches the specifications you provided.
   
• We will also verify that the item complies with public regulations.
   
• A receipt of item pickup will then be issued, clearly stating all relevant specifications.

• The receiver must sign a Proof of Receipt confirming they received the item in good condition. This document will include all item details.
   

• If the item is being paid for upon delivery (i.e. no prepayment was made), the receiver will be provided with a receipt stating:
   
  • The amount paid
     
  • The delivery cost
     

• The collected amount will be returned to you via a transfer to your name or account on the next morning or the next working day.
